  Pocket of nature. Wonderful information centre with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great amenities. Wheelchair and pram friendly. Amazing views of glasshouse mountains. Cafe available for a hot cuppa, cold drink, snacks and meals. The walking tracks are spectacular. Amazing number of bird life, also can see wallabies, pademelons, lizards, bush turkeys etc. As the canopy is fairly thick, it can be cool along the walks, so layers are best.

  A beautiful setting for any picnic lunch on the Sunshine Coast - you'll enjoy sweeping views of the Glasshouse Mountains, with a great vantage point the new visitor centre. After eating, a walk through Mary Cairncross Reserve is a must, with plenty of wildlife to photograph and see, living happily just off the walking path.

  A new visitor centre has just opened up with walking trails within easy reach. Wildlife is in abundance here, so is a great place to look for pademelon, ring tail possums, parrots and see a flying fox colony.
